Our team has completed our investigation into this morning's incident and have determined an issue caused by a specific Microsoft infrastructure technology that Tikit relies on encountered unexpected results which caused the unauthorized message on the agent portal. Current investigation has shown that Tikit has returned to normal operation as well as customer reports confirming they are no longer experiencing issues logging into the agent portal.

Our team was made aware of US Tikit users receiving unauthorized access when loading the Tikit agent portal. We have already begun investigating the root cause of this issue however at this time Tikit has returned to normal operation and users should no longer be receiving the unauthorized message when loading the agent portal
