Our team has performed our final investigations into our logging and monitoring systems. We have determined the set of fixes deployed have resulted in Tikit's stability and performance metrics are meeting our expectations.
Our team has been monitoring and reviewing historical data related to this event. We have seen a dramatic improvement to performance in the product and within our monitoring systems. Our team has identified several areas of improvement in regards to this. We have a scheduled maintenance window for tonight starting at 9:30pm EST for this fix along with other hotfixes
Some Tikit users have experienced brief slowdowns of two to six minutes, during which pages and actions in Teams and the browser loaded slowly or timed out. Only a portion of users are affected at any given time. We identified the root cause for today's incident and are working on testing the fixes now. We'll update this page when the fixes are live and again once we've confirmed the problem is resolved.
