Our team has deployed multiple infrastructure changes last night in our continual efforts to resolve performance issues our customers are experiencing. We will be monitoring these changes for anomalies and any indicators for performance improvements or issues.

Update from the Tikit Team: Our team has been diligently monitoring our infrastructure and looking into multiple areas of improvements to be made. We have made some incremental changes to our infrastructure over the past 2 weeks which have shown some positive results. We are also looking into Tikit for areas of improvement related to performance and stability.

Last week on Wednesday afternoon our team made an infrastructure upgrade to underlying services for Tikit and we have been reviewing our monitoring systems to verify performance improvements. Update to performance of Tikit: Our team has been rigorously monitoring Tikit's infrastructure and the changes that we have implemented throughout. Over the past week we had seen great improvements to the overall performance and response times of Tikit.

After reviewing service status and monitor systems we believe we have resolved the issue and Tikit has returned to normal operation. We appreciate your patience during this incident. Our team will be monitoring Tikit per normal operations.
Our team has resolved the issue with the US infrastructure. All Tikit services should or have returned to normal operation. Our team will continue to monitor this incident for any other anomalies and rectify those as quickly as possible if they arise.
We are currently experiencing a response time degradation of the Tikit application and services. This may be causing users to be unable to login to Tikit, communicate with the bots or signup for Tikit at this time. We are working to identify the root cause of the problem and resolving the issue. We will keep you posted upon resolution of the problem as well as when services are restored to normal operation.
